Our premises have modern changing rooms with personal safety lockers and our gym features state of the art 'Life Fitness' equipment offering our members the very best training environment. We offer full monthly membership and also offer a 'pay as you train' option.

In Addition to our gym facilities we also have Sports and Aromatherapy massage experts on-site as well as personal training and weight management consultants available for hire.
